Ellie joined us not long ago but has gone from Strength to strength.
She listens to everything we ask her to do, completes her food diaries and improved her nutrition.
She trains at the Loughton studio 4x a week.
She also trains outside of the studio ensuring that health and fitness become a bigger priority to her lifestyle.
She has integrated easily into our community as a much-loved member in the 7:30 sessions.
It was never about the quick fix for Ellie but about changing lifestyle for longevity and to improve overall health.
Well, she has done that.
